Homestead Family Medicine is expanding, and we’re looking for a physician who’s ready to help patients feel better than “fine.” We blend medical rigor with health optimization.
We’re a physician-led DPC model of care that takes time, listens deeply, and personalizes every plan based on actual patient needs—not fads or formulas. That means fewer patients per day, longer visits, and a community that trusts you because you’re not selling, you’re guiding.
We built this place because too many people were told they were “fine” when they weren’t. You’ll help change that.

What You’ll Do

Practice evidence-based medicine with the freedom to recommend what actually works.
Lead consultations that feel more like conversations than checklists.
Oversee a small, skilled team of RNs and health coaches.
Build ongoing relationships with patients focused on energy, clarity, performance, and long-term health.
Help refine systems that make healthcare feel more human—and less chaotic.
What You Bring
A BC or BE in family medicine and active Oregon licensure (or ability to obtain).
Interest in longevity medicine, functional tools, and preventive care.
Comfort working with IV therapies, peptides, hormone support, or willingness to learn.
A personal code of integrity—you recommend what’s right, not what’s easy.
The mindset of a collaborator, not a lone ranger.

Start with compensation guarantee which will quickly be eclipsed based on membership potential for >$400k annually.
