
Job Description
● Care for a small, curated panel (~300 patients) and build long-term trust with everyone.
● See 1–5 patients/day with zero pressure to “move faster.”
● Coordinate across a global network of specialists when needed.
● Use modern tools (texting, email, phone, telemedicine) to stay connected- on your terms.
● Deliver both preventive and acute care, with support from a full-time medical assistant/patient concierge.
● Advocate, advise, and lead- clinically and emotionally- across your patients' health journeys.
