Now Hiring: Part-Time or Full Time Primary Care Physician
📍 Libertyville, IL (also with WI licensure preferred)

We’re seeking a compassionate, wellness-oriented Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative DPC practice in Libertyville, IL. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician passionate about whole-person care, functional medicine, and long-term patient relationships.

Position Details:
🩺 Part-Time Hybrid Schedule:

• In-office: 2 days/week (14 hours total) for part time or 3 days per week (24 hours total) for full time  PLUS:

• Remote/Telehealth: 2 days/week (3 hours/day) part time or 1 days/week (5 hours/day full time)
  📅 Clinic open Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri (closed Thursdays, weekends, holidays)
  🏡 No overnight or after-hours call
  🧘 Summer and Winter breaks: 1 week in July + Christmas–New Year

Ideal Candidate:

• Board-certified with active IL & WI licenses (or willing to obtain WI license)
