Concierge / DPC Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

HealthBridge Personalized Medicine is building and moving to a new, state of the art medical office! We’re a 4-physician concierge/DPC group based in Great Neck, NY that continues to grow steadily. We are currently looking for one new physician to join our team as we expand.

Job specifics:

• Patient panel size capped at 300 patients
• Board certified IM, FM or IM/peds
• $300k guaranteed starting salary for full-time (4.5 days per week in the office)
• Annual bonus of ~10% of salary based on personal/company performance
• 401K plan and 4% employer match
• Health insurance
• 4 weeks of vacation
• Dedicated liaison who supports just you (and we can discuss you bringing someone awesome with you if you wish)
• The new office will open this summer. It will be a beautifully designed 9,000 sq ft space
